Kai is an award-winning designer, art director, creative director and photographer. With over two decades of brand-building experience for agencies and clients in Canada, Europe and the United States, he has played a lead creative role on many of the world’s most famous brands. Prior to moving home to Waterloo and launching Camp-5, Kai ran his own successful agency in Vancouver for 6 years.

 

Kai’s efforts have not gone unnoticed. Accolades for his work include a Campaign of the Year in China honour, as well as recognition in the Art Directors Show, Clio Awards, Lotus Awards, New York Festivals, Marketing Awards, Creativity U.K., Communication Arts, Archive magazine, LogoLounge and Applied Arts magazine. His photographs have appeared in National Geographic Traveller, ION and Gripped Magazine.
